Homebound Visitation

Our Homebound Visitation Ministry extends church services and support to members who are unable to attend services due to illness or other limitations. This ministry provides spiritual support, shares communion, and offers practical and emotional comfort through in-person visits, phone calls, or other communication methods. 

Stephen Ministry

Our Stephen Ministers are trained to provide one-to-one care to those experiencing a difficult time in life, such as grief, divorce, job loss, chronic or terminal illness, or relocation.

Funeral Guild

Our Funeral Guild provides comfort and offers consolation during a time of bereavement.  This team serves our church members and community with solace and encouragement.

Grief

The CMC Grief Ministry provides needed opportunities to find comfort and connection with those who have experienced the death of a loved one.  Understanding how grief impacts our mind, body, soul, emotions, and relationships allows the griever to ride atop the waves of grief and not be pulled under by it. 

Meals

Our Meal Train team provides meals to church members and the community to offer support, build fellowship, and serve others. This can involve delivering home-cooked or store-bought meals to those facing illness, new babies, or family loss, as well as preparing and serving meals at church events or community food pantries. 

Cards

Our Care Team creates and sends handmade or purchased cards to offer encouragement, support, and celebration to congregants and others.

College Student Support

Our College Student Support ministries provide spiritual guidance, community, prayer and other resources for students navigating college life.
